Instructions for Use

Glow Nasal Spray:

PHASE ONE: LOADING PHASE
DAY 1-3: One spray up each nostril once a day
DAY 4-7: Two sprays up each nostril once a day
DAY 7-14: Two sprays up each nostril twice a day

PHASE TWO: POST LOADING PHASE
DAY 14 ONWARD: Two sprays up each nostril every second day
On days you plan to tan in the sun or solarium spray three each nostril

WHERE
Place nasal spray up your nose and spray. You may get an unpleasant drip/taste down the back of your throat which is normal.

RESULTS
Nasal is a slower pace in comparison to other methods. Your skin will start to change in roughly 4-7 days.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

One nasal spray can last in your system for up to 3-6 months as long as you keep boosting with sun or solarium. Please keep in mind that nasal spray needs to be kept in the fridge or a dark place. Expiry is three months from purchase date. Please do not use beyond this timeframe.

 

Glow Oral Drops:

LOADING PHASE
When using oral tanning drops only: 9 drops per day for 8 days (3 in the morning, 3 at lunch, and 3 at night)

If using both nasal spray and oral drops: both instructions in conjunction.

POST LOADING PHASE
When you finish the 8 days), you can continue the initial loading phase until you are happy
with your colour or drop back to 5 drops morning or night every 2 days until you run
out.

WHERE

Place the drops under your tongue and let it sit there for as long as possible to give it time to absorb then swallow the remaining.

ADDITIONAL INFO

UV exposure sun or tanning beds is required for your tan to develop to its full
potential.

Glow Vials and Kits:

LOADING PHASE

The best time to inject is just before bedtime.
Take 0.05 (5IU) per day for the first two day then slowly bump up to 0.10 (10IU) until bottle is finished. This should be roughly a 12 day period.
If 10 is too much go back down to 0.05

POST LOADING PHASE
Maintenance is normally only 5 units once or twice a week.

WHERE
Best place to inject is by inching the skin two finger spaces away from the belly button or the bum anywhere as long as you don't tense up.
This is not a deep injection, the melo should only be injected into fat layer and the first layer of skin and 90-degree angle.

ADDITIONAL INFO
Skin will start to change in roughly 2-4 days. Some people it can take longer than others and people do 2 vials.

One vial can last in your system for up to 3-6 months as long as you keep boosting
